Our Story

Less guesswork.
Easier installs.

ZealerVan products are developed by the team behind Tec Vanlife USA, with a focus on practical fitment, straightforward installation, and dependable everyday use.

An open road through wide country

01 — The Beginning

It started with simple weekend road trips.

National parks, mountain roads, quiet campgrounds, and the occasional unplanned detour. A regular car worked fine for short trips, but once the trips got longer, the problems started to show. There was never enough room for gear, and the only real sleeping option was to fold down the seats and lie flat in the back, which was never very comfortable. Everything had to be packed and unpacked over and over again.

I tried an RV too, but that came with a different set of problems. It was bulky, used too much fuel, caught too much wind, and never felt great to drive. On rough roads, it was even worse. It solved the space problem, but created too many others.

02 — The Van

Then I tried a Sprinter, and it made a lot more sense.

It had enough space to be comfortable, but still felt manageable to drive. It was easier on fuel than a full size RV, easier to park, and much better suited for both city streets and longer road trips. It gave me the room I wanted without feeling like I was dragging a house behind me. It was a cleaner, more flexible way to travel.

Engineered Sprinter interior build

03 — Why We Build

Once I started building out the van, the next problem became obvious.

There were not many good options on the market. Some parts were very expensive. Some were hard to install. Some required more drilling or modification than I wanted. And for certain parts of the build, the product I needed simply did not exist.

That is why we started developing products in house. The goal is to make van builds more straightforward, more precise, and less frustrating. Roof rails that line up properly. Backplates with preset rivnuts. Precut L Track. Interior kits with measurements already worked out. Parts that save time, reduce guesswork, and make the installation process easier for both DIY builders and shops.

"ZealerVan is built around a simple idea: practical products for real Sprinter builds, designed to save time, reduce guesswork, and make installation easier."
